I. Introduction Plan
Linxia City plans to introduce talents urgently needed by institutions 180 people. For the specific job requirements and the number of people to be introduced, please refer to the Table of Job Requirements for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage (Tenth Batch) in Linxia City, Linxia Prefecture in 2022 (annex 1).
Second, introduce the object.
The main targets of the introduction are fresh graduates in 2022 and previous graduates. After interview and assessment, the fresh graduates signed a tripartite agreement on employment of college graduates, and obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates before employment. Previous graduates signed an employment agreement after interview and assessment, and were employed in time according to the specified time.
Third, the introduction conditions

The comprehensive evaluation score accounts for 30% of the total score, and the evaluation content includes the award-winning situation, academic performance, academic degree and personal performance of the candidates during their school days.
3. Interview evaluation. Take a quantitative scoring method to conduct on-site interviews with qualified personnel. The interview content includes the necessary professional ability, professional skills and ideological and political performance, work (study) performance, etc. The interview was divided into three groups: comprehensive, education and health, and scored on the spot. Interview score 100%. If one score and one minimum score are removed, the average score is above 80, and if it is below 80, you can't participate in interviews for other positions again. Those who pass the interview sign the contract according to the final score from high to low (interview score accounts for 70%, comprehensive evaluation accounts for 30%). If the total score is the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the comprehensive evaluation score from high to low.
4. Sign the contract. After the interview, it is planned to introduce personnel to sign the contract on site, the fresh graduates will sign the tripartite agreement for college graduates, and the previous graduates will sign the employment agreement. If it is necessary to sign a tripartite agreement after applying on the school employment website, the employer shall be responsible for signing the agreement before the next job fair.
5. Physical examination. Those who pass the interview will be given a unified medical examination in a general hospital at or above the county level (at their own expense) according to the medical examination standards for civil servants. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of re-examination. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

According to the requirements of introducing jobs, we take various forms to make a comprehensive investigation on the political thought, moral quality and professional ability of the candidates. Those who fail the physical examination and inspection or give up their qualifications will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low after being approved by the talent introduction team (those whose interview score is less than 80 points are not allowed to be replenished), and the replenishment will only be made once.
7. Promote employment. The qualified personnel of physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the website of Linxia Municipal People's Government for 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the introduction, the employment procedures shall be handled. The probation period for introducing talents is 1 year, and those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified. The minimum service life of imported personnel is 3 years. Graduates of the class of 2022 will arrange jobs after obtaining diplomas and degree certificates. If graduation certificate and degree certificate cannot be provided before July 3, 2022, Kloc-0, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the vacancy will not be filled.
