2. Recruitment Methods

3. Recruitment procedures

Recruitment procedures: on-site registration and qualification review, examination, physical examination and inspection, public announcement, and employment.

(1) Release of Recruitment Information

(2) Registration and qualification review

On-site registration and qualification review confirmation will be conducted. Those who meet the job requirements and sign up voluntarily must present their original ID cards, original graduation certificates, professional title certificates, award certificates and other documents for qualification review and confirmation. Those who have been reviewed and confirmed to meet the registration requirements will be notified of specific matters such as interviews and professional skills assessments.

(3) Examination

The examination will be conducted in the form of interviews and professional skills assessments. The total score will be based on a percentage system and the best will be selected for recruitment. Examination time: afternoon of August 26, 2013 (Beijing time 16:00-19:30); Examination location: Qin Opera Troupe Office Building, No. 622, Hongshan Road, Urumqi City.

1. The interview and professional skills assessment team consists of 7 art experts, including 3 external experts and 4 in-group experts.

2. Interview. Experts from the assessment team will interview the candidates on their professional skills and performance knowledge based on the position they are applying for. The total score of the interview is 100 points.

3. Professional skills assessment, which is divided into 60 points for basic skills assessment and 40 points for comprehensive assessment. All members of the assessment team will evaluate and score their professional level. The total score of the professional skills assessment is 100 points.

4. The interview and professional skills assessment will be conducted at the designated time and place. The total score will be based on a percentage system, and the passing score will be 70 points. Total score = interview score × 30% + professional skills assessment score × 70%. The results of the applicant's interview and business skills assessment will be reviewed, registered, filed, and announced on the spot by the unit's business department and personnel department based on the scores given by the members of the assessment team.

(4) Physical examination and assessment

Those who pass the overall score will be selected for physical examination at a ratio of 1:1 in the recruitment plan.

The physical examination will be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. The physical examination items include: liver function, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, vision, hearing, blood pressure, B-ultrasound, facial features, etc. The physical examination time will be notified separately. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicant.

The inspection is organized by the Qin Opera Troupe of the Corps and is conducted in the form of schedule review and on-site understanding. It mainly assesses the candidates' political ideology, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. The results of the inspection are stored in the applicant's personnel file.

Those who fail the physical examination and inspection will not be recruited. The recruiting unit or the competent department may make up for or reduce the recruitment plan in turn.

(5) Publicity

Those candidates who have passed the assessment will be publicly announced on the XPCC Personnel and Talents website for a period of one week. The announcement content mainly includes: candidate's name, gender, test scores, physical examination results, assessment conclusions, proposed positions, etc.

(6) Employment

If there is no objection to the announcement, the relevant employment procedures will be handled according to regulations after approval by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Corps.

4. Supervision

The Corps’ Human Resources and Propaganda Department and other departments guide and supervise the recruitment work. Recruiting units consciously accept supervision to ensure that the recruitment work is open, fair and impartial. Staff involved in recruitment must strictly abide by the recruitment principles and recruitment procedures. Candidates who apply must strictly abide by the regulations of the examination, conscientiously follow the requirements of the examination, and participate in various examination items.
