over the past year, under the guidance of the provincial student financial aid management center and the correct leadership of the municipal education bureau, we have overcome the problems of heavy workload, wide range, complex objects and difficult management of student financial aid, worked hard to complete various tasks, earnestly implemented various national financial aid policies, and put the Huimin project in place. The work is summarized as follows:

(1) Strengthening the construction of the aid team

Student aid is a national policy that benefits the people. This work is heavy in workload and task, and it needs specialized institutions and personnel to implement it. After hard work, the Municipal Party Committee's editorial office approved in July 2xx that Nanping Vocational Education Department set up Nanping Student Financial Assistance Management Center, and transferred one staff to specialize in student financial assistance management. Jian 'ou City has confirmed three student financial aid institutions through the approval of the editorial office, and the team building has taken a gratifying step, but the specific staff has not yet been arranged in place. Most other counties (cities, districts) have not yet established specialized student financial aid institutions approved by the editorial office due to staffing problems, and the funding team is still not perfect.

(II) Standardized the work of subsidizing archives

In order to standardize the work of subsidizing students in the whole city, our city issued a special document on subsidizing archives construction, which further promoted the work of subsidizing archives construction. First, establish rules and regulations, standardize file management, centrally manage the completed documents, collect them in time, regularly clean them up, and review them at the end of the year to ensure that the collection of documents and materials is complete and complete, and prevent them from being lost and leaked; Second, pay attention to storage, scientific and reasonable filing, classification (comprehensive category, list category, financial industry, audio-visual category) finishing and binding; Third, the storage is orderly and convenient to find and use; Fourth, promote the construction by investigation, improve the rectification, and fill in the gaps and leaks of archival materials with the aid of inspection, so as to improve themselves; Fifth, establish archives consciousness, be familiar with archives production procedures, cultivate typical archives standard construction, and promote the construction of subsidized archives from point to point. In 214, after research, Nanping Education Bureau, Shaowu Education Bureau, Wuyi College, Weibei Health School, Nanping No.1 Middle School and Jianyang No.1 Middle School were determined as pilot units for provincial funded archives construction.

(4) Intensified the publicity of funding

This year, our city responded attentively to the public welfare publicity campaign of "Inspiring Campus-Touching the West Coast" in the province, forwarding documents, making plans, carefully organizing, cooperating with the collection of ideas and widely publicizing, making the national funding policy a household name. In the first half of this year, the whole city carried out a major inspection of funding work. In the second half of the year, a spot check was made on the rectification situation. In order to do a good job in student-origin credit loans and enable more college students with financial difficulties to successfully complete their studies, Shaowu actively strengthened contact and communication with credit cooperatives, and held a symposium on "Caring for Credit Records". Teachers in charge of funding work in rural credit cooperatives and high schools had face-to-face exchanges and made specific requirements for the work related to student-origin loan. Schools have strengthened the policy propaganda and honesty education for senior three students, so that every student can understand the student-origin loan policy and help students with financial difficulties to study with peace of mind and prepare for the exam.

(VII) Implementing the national policy of benefiting the people

According to statistics, more than 14.85 million yuan of secondary vocational school grants and 8.82 million yuan of tuition-free funds were distributed this year, benefiting 8,566 students; Distribute more than 8 million yuan of high school grants, benefiting 5387 students; Grant 27,6 yuan to minority middle school students, benefiting 173 students; The city's children's "low-income families" students distributed more than 8,, benefiting children in 66 kindergartens; 2,374 students were granted student loans, and the "credit amount" reached 48.31 million yuan. In addition, this year, the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs cooperated closely to carry out the activity of aiding needy students in Nanping City, and received a donation of 2 million yuan from anonymous enterprises to help 1,33 students with financial difficulties in 139 schools in northern Fujian.

Of course, there are still some problems in the implementation of the funding policy, such as the small size of the funding team, the unstable funding staff and low efficiency; The funding mechanism is not perfect and the operation is not smooth; It is difficult to coordinate the funding work and the cooperation is weak; The form of propaganda is monotonous and its influence is not wide, which needs to be improved in the future work.

Work plan for the next year

(1) Strengthen the team building of funding institutions, enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of funding work, and earnestly implement it. Try every means to set up a leading group for student financial assistance headed by the competent leaders of the municipal government, make efforts to coordinate the city's compilation and enrich the city-level student financial assistance work team, rationally allocate human resources, improve the working mechanism, and ensure the smooth development of financial assistance work. Urge counties (cities, districts) to set up student financial aid management institutions confirmed by the editorial office, strengthen the training of financial aid personnel, improve the work level of financial aid teams, enhance the sense of mission and responsibility, clarify the work direction, objectives, tasks and strategies, make the financial aid work more targeted and instructive, earnestly achieve "understanding in place, fulfilling responsibilities, scientific management and upgrading the level", and do a good job in all financial aid work.

(2) continue to do a good job in the construction of student-funded files. Further establish and improve the management system and mechanism of student-funded archives, promote the informatization construction of student-funded management, hold a city-wide funding work conference in due course to carry out special training on the construction of funded archives, guide funding centers at all levels to establish funded archives, and further standardize the work of funded archives through special inspection of archives.

(3) Continue to publicize the subsidy policy.
