Due to work needs, through research, it is decided to openly recruit 2 supernumerary personnel of Lishui Liandu Labor Inspection Brigade to engage in labor inspection and law enforcement (auxiliary) work.

I. Recruitment Plan

This time, we openly recruited 2 supernumerary personnel, of whom 1 is a part-time driver.

Second, the scope and object of recruitment

Graduates of full-time colleges and universities in Lishui (excluding the recent graduates of 20 14) and other social personnel registered in Lishui (subject to the household registration on September 30, 20 13).

Third, the recruitment conditions

1. Good ideological and political quality, support the leadership of China * * * production party, and resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies;

2. Law-abiding, good conduct, decent style, and no record of violation of law and discipline;

3. Have a college degree or above, of which the first degree is a full-time law college degree or above;

4. Good health, able to adapt to the job requirements of the position you are applying for, and experience in public security cooperation is preferred;

5. Age requirement 18 to 35 years old (born between 1978 and 1995);

6. Those who apply for the post of part-time driver must obtain the automobile C 1 license plate or above before September 30th, 20 10, and there has been no traffic accident with major responsibility since September 30th, 20 10 (subject to the traffic police's handling record of traffic accidents).

Four. Recruitment procedure

Registration and qualification examination.

Those who meet the registration requirements shall fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Non-staff Personnel by Lishui Liandu Labor Inspection Brigade (the application form is downloaded by themselves), and bring their ID card, household registration book or household registration certificate, graduation certificate, driver's license, traffic accident certificate (driving post) and other relevant documents and two recent one-inch bareheaded photos with red background. On June 4th, 20 13 (8: 30 am-12: 00 pm 14: 30 pm), I arrived at Liandu Labor Inspection Brigade (in Lishui Human Resources Market, Kuocang Road, Lishui City).

Step 2 check

1. written test: the written test time is 20 13, 19, 9: 00 a.m.-1:30, and the written test subjects are comprehensive basic knowledge. Among them, the top five candidates for part-time driver positions were selected from high scores to low scores to enter the skill quality test.

2. Interview: According to the written test results, the interviewee is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score, among which the part-time driver is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score (skill quality test score ×40%+ written test score ×30%), and the interview is conducted in a structured way. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be listed as the objects of physical examination and investigation.

Three days before the interview, if the qualified candidates do not participate in the interview, they will be replenished from high score to low score.

3. Physical examination and investigation

According to the total score (total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%), the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of high score and low score of 1: 1, and the position of part-time driver is from high score to low score (total score = skill quality test score ×40%+ written test score ×30%+ interview score ×30%). If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score ranks first. Physical examination and inspection time will be notified separately.

Physical examination standards and items refer to the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Zhejiang Artificial [2005] No.68), Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Zhejiang Provincial Civil Service Bureau. Applicants who give up the medical examination are considered unqualified. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished according to the total score of qualified personnel in the post from high score to low score.

Those who pass the physical examination are listed as inspectors, and the inspection work is carried out with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Employment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation). Physical examination and inspection time will be notified separately.

4. Publicity and employment

After the physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be employed will be determined according to the results of the physical examination and investigation, and the personnel to be employed will be publicized to the public for 7 days on the portal website of liandu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Lishui City. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after investigation, the Liandu Labor Inspection Brigade will sign a labor contract (once every three years).

After receiving the notice of employment, candidates must report to Lishui Liandu Labor Inspection Brigade with their ID card, residence booklet, graduation certificate, driver's license and other materials, and go through the employment procedures within the specified time. If the situation is not explained within fifteen days without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

The probation period is 2 months, and the salary is 1200 yuan/month. Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall pay five insurances and one gold (pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury, maternity and provident fund) according to the salary of supernumerary personnel in Liandu (salary 1.500 yuan/month).
