Article 2 NanchangMedicalCollege is located in the beautiful heroic city-Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a full-time undergraduate medical college organized by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, with the administrative director of the Jiangxi Provincial Health and Wellness Committee and the professional guidance of the Jiangxi Provincial Education Department, and approved by the Ministry of Education, which integrates teaching, medical treatment and scientific research. Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 3 A school shall set up an Admissions Committee, composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school, implement the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the relevant provincial (municipality directly under the Central Government, autonomous region) admissions examination institutes, formulate enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and implementation rules, study enrollment scale and professional enrollment plans, lead and supervise the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinate and handle major issues in enrollment work.

Article 8 In 2022, 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) will enroll 15 undergraduate majors, covering medicine, science, management, economics and other majors.

Article 9 Schools strictly implement the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the admissions departments of provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and scientifically set up the enrollment reservation plan within the scope of 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students on the unified examination lines in various places and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score. Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 11 English is a compulsory public foreign language course for all majors in the school. Non-English language candidates are required to fill in English after entering school, and non-English language candidates are cautious in the foreign language examination.

Article 12 If the candidates meet the requirements for extra points stipulated by the department in charge of enrollment of students' origin, our school will take the final total score after extra points as the admission basis.

Article 13 The principle of admission with the same score is to reorder from high score to low score according to the sum of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores under the same conditions. If the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are still the same, then compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn and choose the best one.

Fourteenth provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions) that implement parallel volunteer's investment are admitted according to the principle of parallel volunteer's investment; Provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) that have not implemented parallel volunteer are admitted in strict accordance with the wishes of candidates to apply for colleges and universities. Fifteenth provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination admission principle: candidates who have entered the file are admitted according to the principle of "score first", and there is no grade difference between majors. Article 17 The admission principle of the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination with the voluntary mode of "colleges and universities plus professional groups" is that candidates must meet the requirements of the selected subjects in our school, and the candidates who enter the file are admitted in the professional groups according to the principle of "scores first". If the professional volunteers cannot meet and obey the professional adjustment, they will be transferred to the major whose enrollment plan is not completed, but the professional adjustment admission can only be carried out in the professional group where the candidates are located. Under the condition of the same score (including extra points), the students will be admitted according to the management regulations of the same score in our school.

Article 18 The admission principle of the provinces that implement the "major (category)+school" voluntary model for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is that candidates must meet the requirements of the selected subjects in our school, and the candidates who enter the file are admitted according to the principle of "score priority". Under the condition of the same score (including extra points), it shall be handled according to the principle of the same score in our school. When candidates can't meet the admission requirements of this major, they will not be transferred to other majors, but will be dismissed.

Chapter VI Physical Examination Standards

Chapter VII Charging Standards

Chapter IX Other Provisions

Twenty-fourth freshmen hold the admission notice and report to the school according to the relevant requirements and the prescribed time limit. Those who cannot report to school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school; Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Twenty-fifth new students, the school within three months to review their admission qualifications. Twenty-sixth students who complete the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and meet the graduation requirements of the school shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of general higher education of Nanchang Medical College. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded a degree certificate.

Article 27 The school has not entrusted any institution or individual to handle matters related to enrollment. The school will investigate the legal responsibility of institutions or individuals who pretend to be Nanchang Medical College for illegal enrollment propaganda and other activities.

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall be applicable to the enrollment work of Nanchang Medical College in 2022, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Article 30 The final interpretation right of the Articles of Association belongs to Nanchang Medical College. If it is inconsistent with the relevant provisions of the state or province (municipality directly under the central government or autonomous region), the relevant provisions of the state or higher level shall prevail.
