Article 30 The municipal public security organ shall, jointly with the municipal human resources, social security, finance and other departments, establish a salary and welfare system that conforms to the characteristics of post danger, professionalism and labor intensity of auxiliary police, reflects work performance and adapts to classified management, and implement dynamic adjustment.

Thirty-first auxiliary police to implement the grade promotion system, the municipal public security organs shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, reasonably set the number of auxiliary police at all levels, and do a good job in the grade evaluation and promotion of auxiliary police.

Thirty-second public security organs shall pay social insurance premiums and deposit housing provident fund for auxiliary police according to law; Organize auxiliary police to participate in regular health check-ups, establish auxiliary police health files, and improve personal accident insurance and other security guarantees.

Article 33 The public security organ shall publicize, commend and reward the auxiliary police who have made outstanding achievements or made significant contributions in performing their duties with reference to the people's police reward system.

Thirty-fourth auxiliary police injured, disabled or killed at work, in accordance with the relevant provisions, enjoy social insurance benefits such as work-related injuries; Those who meet the conditions for the assessment of martyrs shall be assessed as martyrs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Commendation of Martyrs, and their survivors shall enjoy corresponding preferential treatment and pension treatment according to law.
