1. Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center

During the opening ceremony of China-ASEAN Expo, the following temporary traffic restrictions were implemented on the roads around Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center:

(1) Except for vehicles with special vehicle licenses for the "two sessions", other motor vehicles and electric bicycles are prohibited from passing through Exhibition Road and all roads within the area surrounded by Minzu Avenue, Exhibition Road, Yuexiu Road and Zhuxi Avenue.

(2) One-way traffic organization shall be implemented for Huizhan Road (Minzu Avenue to Yuexiu Road), and only vehicles are allowed to travel from north to south (from Minzu Avenue to Yuexiu Road). Vehicles holding the special vehicle license for the "two sessions" shall be subject to the passage time and route specified in the vehicle license.

(3) It is forbidden to park vehicles on the carriageway of Exhibition Road (Minzu Avenue to Yuexiu Section), Yuexiu Road (Exhibition Road to Zhuxi Avenue Section), Qinghu Road, Huige Overpass Bridge and Yuexiu Overpass.

(4) Temporary cancellation of road parking spaces on Shiyuan Road. Except for vehicles with special vehicle licenses for the "two sessions" and units along the line, other motor vehicles and electric bicycles are prohibited from passing or parking on Shiyuan Road.

2. During the China-ASEAN Expo Light Industry Exhibition in South China City, the following restrictions will be implemented on the roads in South China City:

(1) No other vehicles are allowed to pass on South China Avenue to the west of Renhe Road except those with the "two sessions" special vehicle license.

(2) Except for the parking spaces set on roads, all vehicles are prohibited from parking on South China Avenue, Renhe Road, Xingyuan Road, Jiangnan Huafu Phase I Residential South Road, Xinle Road, Dingqiu Road, Dingjin Road and Shajing Avenue, and vehicles should be parked in the surrounding parking spots.

3. Guangxi Agricultural Convention and Exhibition Center

This year's China-ASEAN Expo Agricultural Exhibition will be held in Guangxi Agricultural Convention and Exhibition Center. At that time, social vehicles going to the exhibition can enter, exit and park in the following ways:

(1) enter the underground garage on the north side of Hall C1 along Changhong Road, Sanshi Road and North Gate 3; Leave from the entrance and exit of underground garage on the south side of exhibition hall C1, exit 2 on the north and Changhong Road.

(2) along Changhong Road, Songbai Road and Sanshi Road, stop at the designated area on the east side of Songbai Road and the north side of Sanshi Road; Leave from Songbai Road, Changhong Road or Sanshi Road, Santang South Road and Changhong Road.

(3) enter the agricultural products trading center along Changhong Road and park in the parking lot in the trading center; Drive along Changhong Road (turn around) and Songbai Road.

(4) Vehicles coming from the direction of Songbai Road (north) can turn around at Sanshi Road or Changhong Songbai Road intersection and park in the designated area on the east side of Songbai Road and the north side of Sanshi Road; Leave along Sanshi Road and Songbai Road.

4. Bus stop for the exhibition hall

Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center: next to Exit 9.

Passenger cars and trucks are prohibited in many sections

Vehicles transporting dangerous chemicals, highly toxic substances or inflammable and explosive substances are prohibited from passing through roads in Nanning (including five counties and Wuming District) from : on September 17th to 24: on September 24th. It is forbidden for large trucks (except air cargo vehicles) and vehicles transporting dangerous chemicals, toxic substances or inflammable and explosive substances to pass through the roads within the T2 terminal area and work area of Nanning Airport.

From 6: to 13: on that day, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the auxiliary road on the south side of Zhuxi Avenue (from Yuexiu overpass to the lower section of Zhuxi overpass), and motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through Minzu Avenue from west to east (from Zhuxi overpass to Shiyuan section).

From 6: to 13: on the same day, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are temporarily prohibited from entering the east section of Minzu Avenue (east of Zhuxi Interchange) from west to east, and relevant vehicles can bypass the surrounding roads such as Xiangzhu Avenue, Yunjing Road and Foziling Road;

from 13: to 19: on the same day, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the auxiliary road on the west side of Qingshan Road (from Gate 2 of Liyuan to Libin Avenue), and relevant vehicles can bypass Yinghua Road and Fengling South Road.

The South China City area is also under control

From 6: on September 21st to 23: on 24th, the following restrictions will be implemented on the roads in the South China City area according to the security needs of the "two sessions" activities: except vehicles with special vehicle licenses for the "two sessions", other vehicles are prohibited from passing on South China Avenue west of Renhe Road.

in addition, during the "two sessions", the traffic control department will also implement temporary traffic restrictions on roads and bridges such as Baisha Avenue, Avenue of Stars, Zhuxi Overpass (including the bottom of the bridge), Qingzhu Overpass, Zhuling Overpass, Huluding Bridge, Nanning Bridge, Liangqing Bridge and Qingshan Bridge in a short time according to the actual security needs of the "two sessions".

Social vehicles are prohibited from entering the arrival hall passage on the first floor of Terminal T2 of Nanning Airport and areas V1, V2 and V3; Affordable vehicles that need to enter the above areas, please go to the traffic management department of the airport public security organ for the record in advance and obtain permission before they can enter the roads in the above areas and obey the command of the police on duty;

it is forbidden to park vehicles in the exclusive security parking lot in the V1, V2 and V3 areas of the T2 terminal building of Nanning Airport (except for the work security vehicles of the "two sessions"). the implementation of the above traffic restriction measures shall be subject to the signs and warning isolation facilities commanded or set by the police on duty of public security organs.
