This certificate needs to be handled by the public employment service agency.

The unemployment certificate shall be handled by the designated public employment service agency. Process: Submit the ID card, resignation certificate, application form and other materials, and the public employment service agency will decide whether to accept or not. It will be settled within 10 working day, and an unemployment certificate will be issued.

Article 64 of the Regulations on Employment Services and Employment Management stipulates that when registering for unemployment, workers must hold their own identity documents. If they have employment experience in their own units, they must also hold certificates of termination, dissolution of labor relations or dismissal from their original units.
