Personnel who are found to have serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels; Persons who have bad credit records in various personnel examinations and are still not allowed to enter the examination period;

8. The person who constitutes avoidance relationship's post after the introduction;

9. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law and who are not allowed to be employed as personnel of public institutions according to laws and regulations.
