Who first put forward the word "single chip microcomputer" and why is it called this name?

Compared with the computer in the 1970s, it is made up of multiple circuit boards or even multiple cases. Later, ZILOG's Z80 chipset appeared, which enabled the CPU, memory (ROM/RAM), IO port and other necessary units to be completed on one circuit board. This system is called single board computer. Later, INTEL's 805 1 was introduced, which concentrated all the above units on one chip, so it was called single chip microcomputer. At present, there are thousands of single-chip computers in major companies. 805 1 is only a classic example in textbooks, and 805 1 is rarely used in mass production products.
