The recruitment conditions of CICC in 2023 are as follows:

1. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the leadership and socialist system of the Communist Party of China (CPC);

2. Love the cause of securities and futures supervision, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, agree with CICC's corporate culture, have a good sense of cooperation and team spirit, and be physically and mentally healthy;

3. Be law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, have good personal qualities and professional ethics, and have no illegal behaviors and bad employment records;

4. Those who are not over 35 years old (born after 1 February 19881) and have a master's degree or above from well-known universities at home and abroad must provide academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education;

5. Have good learning and research, official document writing, logical analysis, communication and cooperation and execution skills;

6. There is no evasion of appointment stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission and CICC.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the follow-up research of financial derivatives, including but not limited to product rules, trading mechanism, price, investor behavior, etc. Responsible for the design and research of new product contracts and rules of the exchange, coordinate the promotion of listing, and enrich the exchange product system.

Job requirements:

(1) Master degree or above in financial engineering, finance, statistics and economics;

(2) Have more than 2 years of relevant work experience and strong research, analysis, induction and learning ability;

(3) Familiar with commonly used data analysis, data modeling and data mining tools, and skilled use of Hadoop, SQL, R and Python is preferred;

(4) Those with CFA, FRM and other related certificates are preferred.
