First, the bidding scope:

According to the prevention and control requirements of COVID-19, Huatong Gymnasium (Basketball Gymnasium) in Shangyu District was transformed into a hospice hospital for COVID-19 patients, with 240 beds.

Second, the registration qualification:

(1) The bidder shall have independent legal personality;

(2) The bidder has Grade A comprehensive design qualification or Grade A design qualification in the construction industry or Grade A design qualification in the construction industry (construction engineering).

(3) The person in charge of the project has the qualification of a registered architect of class II or above, and provides the social security payment certification materials of the tendering unit for six consecutive months before the deadline for bidding.

Three, registration must carry information:

1, enterprise letter of introduction;

2 business license (copy) and enterprise qualification certificate;

3. Registration certificate and social security payment certificate of the person in charge of the proposed project.
