2. Have the professional or technical skills required for the position. Teacher positions require bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the same or similar majors.

3. A master's degree or above is required, and the first academic qualification is a general undergraduate degree and a bachelor's degree. In principle, the age of fresh master's students should not exceed 30 years old (born after January 1, 1993). For on-the-job teachers in colleges and universities with more than one year of undergraduate teaching experience, the age can be relaxed appropriately, up to 35 years old (born on January 1, 1988). Born later); in principle, the age for intermediate professional titles should not exceed 35 years old; there is no age limit for associate senior and above professional titles, and doctoral candidates.

4. It is required to join the company in July 2023. Applicants must obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates before July 31.
