Guangya Company, which has won many honorary titles such as Guangdong High-tech Enterprise, Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise and Guangdong Patent Pilot Unit, has long adhered to the road of scientific and technological innovation, and its annual investment in scientific and technological project research and technological innovation exceeds 4% of the company's turnover. Through exchanges and cooperation with scientific research institutes and universities, the new product research and development center undertakes the important task of developing new technologies, new products and new processes with market prospects in advance. According to the company's new product development plan and the principle of benign development cycle, in the past three years, Guangya's new product launch rate has exceeded 40% of sales revenue every year.

1, independently developed

1) In 2002, the company set up an aluminum alloy scaffold project team to develop aluminum alloy profiles and related accessories for scaffolding, and achieved success. The aluminum alloy scaffold developed is made of aluminum alloy extruded profile, which is light in weight, convenient to move and quick to install. Products have been put into mass production and exported abroad. Our company applied for a utility model patent and two appearance patents for this project in 2004.

2) In 2006, Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology approved the research project "Anodized Multicolor Electrolytic Coloring Technology and Industrialization" (project number: 2006B 1420 1002) to test blue, gray, gold, dark green and red samples. This technology is the first in China and was launched in September 2008.

3) In 2007, RT70 series aluminum alloy sliding doors and windows developed by the company were rated as "key new products in Guangdong Province".

4) In 2008, Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd.' s filiform corrosion-resistant powder sprayed aluminum alloy profile, Guangya subsidiary Guangcheng Company's' green transparent bright electrophoretic profile',' super weather-resistant sprayed profile' and' high-performance heat insulation profile' were all rated as high-tech products in Guangdong Province by Guangdong Science and Technology Department.

5) In 2009, Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. carried out the "Technical Transformation Project of Permanent Magnet Stirring for Aluminum Melting and Casting Furnace" and obtained the special fund of Foshan for technical innovation of 200,000 yuan. The successful transformation of this project can improve the production efficiency of aluminum alloy smelting, improve product quality, save energy and reduce consumption, and improve economic benefits.

2. Cooperative development

1) Since 2002, Guangya Company has cooperated with Asuncion Company of the United States to develop several sets of new energy-saving and heat-insulating doors and windows, with the weight of aluminum per square meter being about 6-7 kg, which is at the leading level in China. Now this new type of doors and windows has been put into the market and achieved good economic and social benefits.

2) On June 5438+ 10, 2006, it signed a contract with Central South University to carry out the research and development of the Industry-University-Research project "Aluminum Profile Extrusion Process Optimization and Die CAE Technology Based on BP Neural Network and Numerical Simulation". At present, the two sides are conducting a phased study of the project.

3) On June 5438+ 10, 2007, Guangya Aluminum, as one of the major alliance enterprises, participated in the Industry-University-Research Strategic Alliance of Aluminum-Magnesium Light Metal Materials in Guangdong Province, and as one of the major alliance enterprises, formulated the technical roadmap of aluminum industry in Guangdong Province.

5) In 2008, the company cooperated with South China University of Technology and Foshan Institute of Science and Technology to carry out the research project of "Key Technology Development of Alkali Residue Treatment and Comprehensive Utilization of Aluminum Profile Production Wastewater", which was approved by the Science and Technology Plan of Guangdong Science and Technology Department; And won the "Foshan Science and Technology Development Special Fund Project", which is in the experimental stage.

6) In 2009, the company, together with Central South University and Foshan Research Institute of University of Science and Technology Beijing, applied for the major science and technology special plan project of Guangdong Province in 2009 with the science and technology project "On-line Quenching and Industrialization of Complex Profile", and successfully passed the multiple audits of Nanhai District and Provincial Science and Technology Department of Foshan City, and the project was successfully established. The total investment of the project is more than 55 million yuan. After the successful implementation of the project, the annual industrial output value will increase by 654.38+0.6 billion yuan, and the tax revenue will increase by 654.38+0.3 million yuan, which will create greater economic and social benefits after being promoted in the industry.

7) In 2009, in order to meet the market demand, the company cooperated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Foshan Institute of Science and Technology to carry out the research on the project of "Research and Development of High Performance Aluminum Profile Technology Adapting to Marine Climate and Industrial Environment", which was approved by Guangdong Science and Technology Plan. The company actively participates in the drafting and revision of various standards. The following standards were drafted or revised by Guangya Company as the main participating unit:

1, participated in the revision of GB5237-2008 Aluminum Alloy Building Profile, and was one of the main editing units of GB5237. 1-2008 Aluminum Alloy Building Profile Part 1 Base Material and GB5237.5-2008 Aluminum Alloy Building Profile Part 5 Fluorocarbon Sprayed Profile.

2. propose paints and varnishes? The filiform corrosion resistance test of aluminum and aluminum alloy surface coatings Part II "Aluminum substrate" (plan No.2008 19 13-T-606) has been approved. Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. is the main drafting unit of this standard, which is responsible for organizing the drafting and formulation. At present, the standard has passed the preliminary examination and reported to the National Standardization Administration Committee, and it is expected that all the compilation of the standard will be completed in 20 10.

3. As a drafting unit, I participated in GB/T 8005.3-2008 Terminology of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Part 3: Surface Treatment, GB/T 12967.3-2008 Test Method of Anodic Oxide Film of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Part 3: Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Test (CASS Test) and GB/T/KLOC-0.

4. As one of the drafters, I participated in the revision of People's Republic of China (PRC) industry standard JG/T 175-2005 Aluminum Alloy Profile for Building Insulation.

5. As one of the drafting units, I participated in the compilation of the nonferrous metal industry standard "Hot Extrusion Die for Aluminum Profile", which has passed the preliminary examination and entered the next round of review.

6. As one of the participating units, I participated in the compilation of GB/T 236 12-2009 Technical Specification for Anodizing and Anodizing Electrophoresis Coating of Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles, which was officially released on April 15, 2009. 1) In February 2007, Nanhai Science and Technology Information Bureau approved Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. to set up Nanhai Al-Mg manufacturing engineering technology research and development center.

2) In April 2008, with the approval of Foshan Science and Technology Bureau, Foshan Development and Reform Bureau and Foshan Economic and Trade Bureau, the company established Foshan Al-Mg manufacturing engineering technology research and development center.

3) In September 2009, Foshan Al-Mg Manufacturing Engineering Technology R&D Center was successfully upgraded to "Guangdong Engineering Technology R&D Center" through the on-site investigation and demonstration meeting of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, Foshan Science and Technology Bureau and Nanhai Science and Technology Bureau.

4) In the same period of 2009, the company made persistent efforts, and the established enterprise technology center passed the audit of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial State Taxation Bureau, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau and the Guangdong Branch of the Customs, and was awarded the "Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center". The company now has 208 patents, of which 18 is utility model and 190 is appearance. Among them, 57 patents were applied in 2009, mainly involving casting technology, aluminum alloy scaffolding, aluminum alloy thermal insulation door and window system, aluminum alloy anodic oxidation electrolytic coloring and other fields.
