What do China people need to start a company in Vietnam?

The requirements for this registration are as follows:

1. Confirmation of industry and foreign capital ownership: Vietnam allows most industries to own 100% foreign capital ownership, such as trade, IT, manufacturing, education and other industries. However, some industries, such as telecommunications, advertising, electronic games, transportation and customs declaration, entertainment and tourism, need Vietnamese joint venture partners.

2. Minimum registered capital: There is no minimum capital requirement for registered Vietnamese enterprises, and the registered capital should match the industry they are engaged in.

3. Enterprise registration address: Enterprises that focus on services can use virtual offices to register, while enterprises that need physical places to carry out activities, such as retail or factories, need to have physical business premises or addresses in Vietnam.

4. Resident Director: All companies in Vietnam need at least one resident director and have a residence address in Vietnam.
