In order to deepen the reform of the education and personnel system, standardize the recruitment procedures of new teachers, and further promote the formation of an "open, equal, competitive and merit-based" employment mechanism, according to the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Personnel and the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province, and in combination with the actual needs of primary and secondary school teachers in our county, the recruitment of teachers in 2008 is announced as follows (mainly for rural primary and secondary schools):

I. Recruitment Plan

In 2008, 133 teachers were recruited for the planned examination. Please refer to annex 1 for the specific recruitment disciplines, number of people and application conditions.

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

1. Recruitment target:

(1) In 2008, fresh graduates from full-time normal colleges in this county entered the school;

(2) The fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in 2008 were directly hired after on-site interviews, and the number of positions in this position decreased accordingly;

(3) In 2008, fresh graduates from full-time normal colleges with students from outside the county can apply for all junior high school positions and English, science and music positions in primary schools;

(4) In 2007, the students in this county were full-time normal college graduates who were officially registered by non-government institutions.

2. Recruitment conditions: (1) Adhere to the four cardinal principles, be interested in Anji education, abide by the law, have good professional ethics and be in good health; (2) Teachers who apply for junior high schools must have a bachelor's degree or above, teachers who apply for primary schools must have a college degree or above, and teachers who apply for kindergartens must have a college degree or above in preschool education. Primary education majors are limited to Chinese and mathematics subjects in primary schools, and preschool education majors are limited to kindergartens.

Three. Recruitment procedures and requirements

(1) Registration

1. This recruitment is divided into junior high school, primary school and kindergarten by subject, and each person is limited to 1 subject and 1 subject. The applied discipline is consistent with or similar to the requirements of the major studied.

2. On-site registration: The on-site registration time is June 65438+February 3, 20071(8: 30-June 14: 30). On-site registration location: Dipu Town Middle School, Anji County (Tianmu Qiaotou, Dipu Town, Anji County).

When registering, fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Anji County in 2008, together with my ID card, employment agreement for college graduates (in triplicate), recommendation form for graduates, relevant award-winning certificates, and teacher training certificate issued by the graduation school (both originals and photocopies are acceptable, and the original will be returned after the examination), and two bareheaded photos of 1 inch will be attached. Graduates of 2008 who have signed employment agreements are not allowed to apply. Unemployed graduates in 2007 who signed employment contracts with employers inside and outside the county must provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam, otherwise they will not apply for the exam. Applicants need to pay the 50 yuan examination fee.

If the ratio between the number of candidates to be recruited and the number of applicants in each discipline and major is less than 1:3, the number of candidates to be recruited in this discipline and major shall be reduced or the recruitment plan for this discipline and major shall be cancelled as appropriate, and candidates applying for this discipline and major may report to other disciplines and majors according to conditions. If the number of applicants for science, English, computer, art, music and preschool education posts does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the examination will be conducted according to the actual number of applicants, and the planned number will not be reduced.

On June 2, 2008, Anji Education announced the results of on-site registration. Those who take part in on-site registration can apply in writing to adjust their posts before June 65438+1October 4 15:00.

(2) written examination

Graduates who meet the recruitment requirements after examination should participate in the written examination organized by the unified organization. The content of the written test mainly reflects the characteristics and laws of teachers' work, conforms to the direction of implementing quality education and new curriculum reform, and focuses on examining candidates' mastery level of comprehensive business knowledge related to education and teaching and professional knowledge of corresponding disciplines. The written test score is 100, including 20 points for public knowledge and 80 points for professional knowledge. The written test time is from 8:30 am to 1 1:00 am on June 2, 2008, and the location will be announced separately.

Written examination scope: public knowledge includes educational policies and regulations and educational teaching theories (including pedagogy and psychology). Professional knowledge part of the kindergarten teachers' positions are the basic theory, nursing knowledge and teaching materials for children in the five major areas of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education". The posts of primary and secondary school teachers are curriculum standards (junior high school subjects are national junior high school curriculum standards, and primary school subjects are national primary school curriculum standards), subject professional knowledge (including problem-solving ability), subject textbooks and teaching methods.

(3) Interview

After the written test, the scores of all subjects in the written test are from high to low, and those with 10 or above are determined by the ratio of 1:2, while those with 10 or below (science, English, computer, art, music, preschool education) are determined by 1:3, which fails to reach the above ratio. The interview takes the form of class or lecture, focusing on the candidates' ability to control classroom teaching and handle teaching materials and their psychological quality (music, art, physical education, computer need to test professional skills). The full score of the interview is 100, and the score of qualified interview is 60. The unqualified interview will not enter the next procedure. The interview time will be announced separately.

(4) Physical examination and evaluation

According to the written test score of 40% and interview score of 60%, the total score (qualified score of 60 points) is synthesized, and from high score to low score, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 (those who fail in the total score are not included in the physical examination and assessment objects), and the list is published online. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standard for teachers' qualifications in Zhejiang Province, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates who have been warned and the above punishment has not been revoked will be considered unqualified. Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be replenished from high score to low score.

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and assessment will be hired after publicity without objection.

(6) Choosing a post

According to the total test scores of the employed personnel, the schools are selected from high scores to low scores. (7) Handling employment procedures.

During the summer vacation, you should go through the relevant formalities with your diploma and registration card. Candidates who fail to obtain the graduation certificate on time, cancel their employment qualifications, or are vacant for other reasons will not be replaced. If the employed person signs an employment contract with the school, a one-year probation period will be implemented. After the probation period expires, those who fail the examination will not be renewed.
