I just finished my internship from Haichen. They are very demanding and will screen because I have never studied design before. Later, I found that the interns here are very awesome. They are undergraduate, experienced and trained, and they feel crushed at any time. Some of their predecessors later received quite high salaries. I'm lower than them, but I'm good.
