(1) Recruitment Target

1. Full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with household registration or students in Xinjiang;

2. Mainland graduates from full-time universities in Xinjiang;

3. Volunteers who have participated in the Xinjiang College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West and passed the examination after the expiration of service (more than one year);

5. Spouses of soldiers staying in Xinjiang.

The following people are not included in this recruitment:

1. The autonomous region shall uniformly organize and send personnel whose service period is not full to grassroots towns and villages;

2. In-service teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens (including teachers who have served for less than three years) and teachers who have gone through resignation procedures after June 30, 20 14;

(2) Application conditions

4. Professional qualification of the recruitment position:

(1) professional requirements: all recruitment positions require teachers' majors (except village-level primary schools and teaching points) to be the same as or similar to the professional background required by the recruitment positions;

(2) Education requirements: applicants for primary school positions must have full-time college education or above, and junior high school positions must have full-time undergraduate education or above. (refers to the qualifications obtained through the national college entrance examination and full-time graduation from ordinary colleges and universities, including ordinary higher education qualifications and "3+2" vocational qualifications for higher vocational teachers);

(3) Village-level primary schools and teaching points allow Xinjiang Shengyuan adult higher education full-time normal graduates (including Chinese language and literature, Uygur language and literature, Kazakh language and literature, Mongolian language and literature, English, primary education, compulsory education and pedagogy graduates) to apply for the exam;

(4) Recruitment positions in music, sports and aesthetics in village-level primary schools and teaching points in southern Xinjiang (Zhou Ke, Kashi and Hotan) are allowed for secondary normal graduates to apply.

5. Requirements for Putonghua and Chinese proficiency in the recruitment position:

(1) Applicants whose mother tongue is Chinese must have a level 2 or above in Putonghua; Applicants whose mother tongue is not Chinese must reach Grade B or above, and those who apply for "Chinese" must reach Grade A or above.
