How many kinds of personnel are there in the CMC?

Management Committee personnel are divided into three categories: administrative civil servants, career personnel and contract enterprise personnel. Most of the civil servants in the administrative establishment are civil servants transferred from the original municipal organs or district and county organs. The staffing personnel mainly supplement the personnel cadre strength of the CMC through open recruitment. At the same time, faced with the difficulties of insufficient personnel and establishment, some enterprise employees can be recruited by themselves through examination and approval.

Because in the management committee's career preparation, although they are all engaged in comprehensive management, all the career preparation adopts self-supporting financial support mode.
