Which is the biggest zoo in Chengdu?

The largest zoo in Chengdu is Chengdu Zoo, which is located between the North Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and close to Zhaojue Temple Automobile Central Station. It is a specialized park integrating animal display, popular science education and leisure and entertainment. Chengdu Zoo was established on 1953. After years of construction and development, more than 30 groups of animal halls with different shapes have been built, and more than 300 species and more than 3,000 animals (heads) of rare and endangered wild animals under special state protection, such as mammals, amphibians, reptiles, birds and ornamental goldfish, have been exhibited.
