Brief introduction of blow-molded prints

1986 In May, Mr. Su Liexi published an article "Talking about Blow Molding" in Art, and blow molding, a new printing form, officially appeared in the whole country. In this article, Mr. Su comprehensively introduced the origin, naming and techniques of blow-molding prints. After that, many printmakers from all over the country came to ask Mr. Su for advice, and blow molding began to spread throughout the country. During this period, the then Northeast Jiangxi Daily, Jiangxi People's Broadcasting Station, jtv, Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, CCTV, Popular Art Newspaper, Leonardo, NHK and other domestic and foreign media successively gave interviews and reports, and blow-molding prints began to go global. Since 1985+438+0986, Shangrao printmakers have created hundreds of blow-molded prints and held exhibitions in Shangrao, Beijing and Japan respectively. Under the suggestion of Mr. Su and the support and active preparation of relevant units, a joint exhibition of blow-molded prints was held in Shangrao, Jiangxi, Yifeng, Jiangxi and Baoshan, Shanghai in 199 1 year. The appearance of blow-molded prints has won unanimous praise from the art circles at home and abroad, winning honor not only for Shangrao, but also for the motherland.

Shangrao, Jiangxi, is located in the northeast of Jiangxi, adjacent to Anhui, Zhejiang and Fujian. It is not only a red revolutionary base, but also an important gateway to eastern Jiangxi. Shangrao people are full of the spirit of struggle and creation, and Shangrao blow-molded prints were born in such a big environment.
