Article 2 These regulations apply to hotels, restaurants, inns, guest houses and other business establishments that provide accommodation services in the form of bathing, serviced apartments and other time-based resting within the administrative area of ??this city (hereinafter collectively referred to as hotels). Article 3 The municipal, county (city) and district public security organs are the competent authorities for public security management of the hotel industry within their respective administrative regions. They shall strengthen public security management of the hotel industry in accordance with laws, regulations and these regulations. Article 4 To apply to open a hotel, you must meet the following conditions:

(1) Have a business premises with ownership or use rights;

(3) Separation of guest rooms from entertainment, commercial and other service facilities in the hotel;

(4) Installation of hotel industry security management information systems that meet standards;< /p>

(7) If you provide a venue for others to engage in activities other than hotel operations, notify the public security organs two days before the event;

Article 10: Hotels should set up fire-fighting equipment, facilities and fire safety signs in accordance with relevant national regulations, and ensure that they are intact and effective. Evacuation passages and safety exits should be kept clear.

Article 11 Hotels shall set up public security video information systems at entrances and exits, passages, elevators, parking lots and other public areas in accordance with regulations, and ensure their normal operation during business hours. The retention period of video information system image materials shall not be less than thirty days.

Encourage hotels to install and use electronic anti-theft door locks and electronic alarm devices. Article 12 Passengers are not allowed to bring flammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive, radioactive and other dangerous items into the hotel, are not allowed to bring guns and ammunition to the hotel, and are not allowed to engage in illegal and criminal activities. Article 13: Units and individuals that conscientiously implement these regulations and make outstanding achievements in public security management of the hotel industry shall be commended and rewarded by the public security organs. Article 14 Anyone who violates these regulations shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) Violation of the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1 and article 8 of these regulations shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit, and those who fail to make corrections within the time limit shall , the hotel shall be fined not less than 500 yuan but not more than 2,000 yuan;
