Second, the scope and object of introduction

Fourthly, introduce the procedures and methods.

This talent introduction work is jointly organized by the county talent office, the county people's social security bureau and the county health bureau. According to the relevant regulations, it shall be implemented according to the steps of announcement, registration and qualification examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment filing.

(1) Announcement

On the website of Siyang County People's Government (), the information on the introduction of talents is publicly released to the public.

(2) Registration and qualification examination

Candidates are registered by the service unit for preliminary examination, and the registration materials of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination are summarized and reported to the county health bureau for review. Candidates are required to provide the following materials when registering:

(3) Examination

The interview form is structured interview. Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot. Candidates must reach 60 points (60% of the total interview score) to be qualified, otherwise they will be disqualified from entering the next link.

(4) Physical examination

According to the interview results of candidates from high to low, the number of transfer plans is 1: 1, and the physical examination standard is determined by another examination. The latest General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) is applicable.

(5) Investigation

The inspection work was undertaken by the Health and Wellness Bureau, and the personal credit status and criminal record of the inspected object were included in the scope of inspection with reference to the Measures for the Investigation of Civil Servant Employment in Jiangsu Province (Trial).

Before the end of the inspection, if the candidates are social workers, they must provide proof of no economic problems issued by the original unit. If it is not provided on time, it will be regarded as unqualified.

(6) Publicity

According to the results of physical examination and investigation, determine the list of personnel to be hired, and publicize it on the "Siyang County People's Government Network" for 7 working days.

(7) Employment filing

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period or the problems reflected during the publicity period do not affect the employment procedures, they will be included in the preparation management, and the probation period will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who fail to pass the examination after the probation period will be disqualified.

Vacancies arising from various reasons in physical examination, inspection and publicity will be filled in the order from high to low among the candidates who have passed the interview for this position. After the employment is put on record, vacancies will not be filled for various reasons.
