4. Strictly supervise and control the cost of civil engineering, participate in the review and confirmation of the economic visa of civil engineering site, and ensure the realization of the cost control target of civil engineering.

5. Participate in on-site civil contract management and assist in handling disputes and claims during the execution of civil contracts; Participate in the bidding work of this major, and draw up the professional and technical parts in the bidding documents; Review the technical table in the bidding documents and determine the evaluation opinions, organize the inspection of the information provided by Party A and Party B of this major and determine the range of brands.

6. Participate in the management of information exchange, information transmission and information processing between site construction units, supervision units and civil construction units.

7. Solve the design and construction problems in civil engineering construction and the foreign-related relations of on-site civil engineering.

8, responsible for coordinating the general, subcontracting cooperation and the daily management of civil engineering, completes the construction log.

9. Participate in the weekly site construction coordination meeting, review the minutes of supervision meeting and monthly report, supervise the implementation of supervision rules and the synchronization of engineering data in the industry.

10, responsible for the project warranty management and coordination during the period from the completion data of civil engineering to the property.
