There is no deductible for hospitalization of rural five-guarantee households in the Second Hospital of Lu 'an. After deducting the expenses that cannot be reimbursed according to the regulations, the rural five-guarantee households will be subsidized by 75% and the civil affairs department will be subsidized by 25%.

The Second People's Hospital of Lu 'an was established in May, 1985. After more than 30 years of construction and the efforts of several generations, the hospital has now developed into a three-level general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, prevention, health care, rehabilitation and first aid.
