(A) freshmen to major
Students who meet the examination results and other relevant conditions stipulated in the enrollment regulations of the year after enrollment can apply for major change.
(2) Professional quotas
Students who meet the following conditions may apply for changing their major. Those who pass the examination and selection shall go through the formalities of changing their major within the quota:
1. Students in the second semester;
2. Students who rank in the top 20% in the first semester and major (the credits taken by students shall not be lower than those stipulated in the talent training plan);
3. Elective courses and compulsory courses are all passed;
4. Through the selection and assessment of the department where the major is transferred.
(3) Other major changes
Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for changing their major:
1. Students do have strong points and can provide sufficient reasons. Recommended by the department, transferred to the department after the assessment can give full play to their strengths.
2. Students who find a certain disease or physical defect after entering the school and are diagnosed by the medical unit designated by the school cannot study in the original major, but they can still study in other majors;
3. Students do have some special difficulties, and they can't continue their studies if they don't change their majors after examination by the school;
4. Students apply for "demotion", that is, they voluntarily transfer to the next grade of related basic subjects with lower scores than their major.

After enrollment, freshmen should apply, register and fill in the corresponding forms within the first week of school or within the time specified in relevant documents according to the location and conditions announced by the school. 1. 2. The second week of the second semester is the time for each department to accept the registration of students who change majors. (3) Other major changes
Students who plan to change their major should fill in the Application Form for Changing the Student Status of Anhui University to Change their Major, apply before the start of the new semester, and complete the relevant procedures two weeks before the start of the semester after being audited by the department of changing and changing majors, the academic affairs office and the principal in charge.
Article 6 The proportion of hospitals (departments) changing majors is generally not more than 20% of the enrollment of the major in the previous year, and the proportion of students changing majors is generally not less than 5% of the enrollment of the major in the previous year.
Article 7 Under any of the following circumstances, you may not change your major.
1. The credit system is implemented, and the standard academic system is students above grade three or students who have completed one-half or more of the total credits stipulated in the talent training program;

3. Transferred to 1 major;
4. The transfer of liberal arts to science and engineering does not meet the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of Anhui University.
Article 8 Students who apply for a major change shall bear the necessary test and assessment fees, which shall be charged according to the tuition standard of the major change and the grade after major change; No unit or individual may charge students transfer fees for any reason.
Article 9 After changing majors, students must complete their studies in strict accordance with the training plan for talents changing majors. The credits of the same compulsory course and elective course can be recognized, and the credits of the original professional course can be recognized as elective courses. Students must also make up the relevant courses that are missing from changing majors and obtain the credits stipulated in the training plan for changing majors before graduation.
Article 10 If the required course of the original major of a transfer major is not lower than that of the same major, the achievements and credits obtained can be recognized, otherwise, supplementary courses should be made; The confirmation of transferring other courses from the original major to the new major's cross-disciplinary elective course is the responsibility of the transferring school (department), which is reviewed by the Academic Affairs Office.
Eleventh colleges (departments) to major, cooperation projects inside and outside the school, school arts and other special categories of professional work with reference to the relevant provisions, the relevant colleges (departments) to major projects must be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval before implementation.
