The key is to obtain the informed consent of users in the process of collection, use and transfer. However, the behavior of its employees is different. Employees have no right to collect and transfer user information. When employees transfer jobs, they will illegally provide the information they have to a third party.

Therefore, the defendant in this case touched on multiple legal relationships. First, he violated citizens' right to privacy, which is a civil tort; Secondly, if an employee violates the labor relationship with the company, the company should use rules and regulations to restrain him from selling it to a third party without permission.
