In 2023, the municipal units in Bijie City, Guizhou will prepare the talent introduction procedures:

1. Release an announcement. The first batch of Bijie City's 2023 talent recruitment plan to strengthen the city and high-level urgently needed talents was publicly released on the Bijie Municipal People's Government website and the Bijie Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website.

2. Organize registration. Applicants must register on-site or online.

3. Qualification review. It mainly examines whether applicants meet the qualifications for introducing talents. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Those who provide false materials, forge or alter relevant documents, materials, and information to defraud registration qualifications, or engage in fraudulent activities or conduct unorganized activities during the review will be immediately canceled once verified. 4. Interview and evaluation. Organize an expert judging panel to conduct interviews and evaluations of applicants. Based on the interviews and evaluations, a list of shortlisted candidates will be determined based on the number of introduced talents.

5. Physical examination. Organize physical examinations for shortlisted candidates in accordance with national civil servant physical examination standards.

6. Inspection. Those who pass the physical examination will be listed as inspection objects. Through file review, credit reporting, visits, discussions, and communication with the subjects being inspected, we can mainly understand the political qualities, moral character, learning status, work performance, and actual performance of the subjects being inspected.

Note: Before the inspection session begins, if the inspection target fails to submit the academic qualifications, degree certificates and relevant supporting documents required for the introduction of the position, the qualification to enter the inspection session will be cancelled.

7. Public announcement. After approval, the talents to be introduced will be publicized on the Bijie Municipal People's Government website and other relevant media. The publicity period is generally 7 working days.

8. Go through the recruitment procedures. After the announcement, the employer shall sign a work agreement with the introduced talents in accordance with its cadre management authority and relevant regulations, and handle the recruitment procedures in accordance with the procedures. The probation period for introduced talents is one year, and they will enjoy corresponding political and economic treatment during the probation period. After the probationary period expires, those who pass the assessment will go through the regularization procedures according to the procedures; those who fail the assessment will be cancelled.
