Wiring must be correct and firm. Pay attention to the position of neutral wire (please note that it is marked in the neutral wire box). After connecting the power supply,

Pay attention to observe whether the rotation direction of the spindle motor is consistent with the cutting direction of the saw blade. If the direction is opposite, just switch two positions in the three-phase motor after power failure, and observe whether the rotation direction is correct again to avoid product failure or unexpected consequences. (Wiring must be done by a professional electrician)

4. Adjust the fixture

There are several groups of jigs on the CNC band saw platform, and the upper pressing block of the jigs can be adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece (there are fastening screws on the side of the pressing block). This step is to prepare for the following machinery to start working, and the order can be reversed, no problem.

Check whether the air supply pressure reaches about 6 standard atmospheres. (Normal atmospheric pressure of 6-8 can be used)
