The responsibilities of each position in Uniqlo

1. Manager: Formulate and implement the sales plan of Uniqlo stores, and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target. Properly handle various contradictions in customer complaints and service work. Responsible for store personnel management, including recruitment, training, attendance and performance evaluation.

2. Exhibitor: responsible for adjusting the display layout of Uniqlo products according to the sales situation and market demand. Responsible for seasonal display and holiday display of commodities, and improve the display effect of commodities. Regularly check and arrange the displayed goods to keep them clean and beautiful.

3. Sales staff: responsible for receiving customers and providing quality shopping experience. Responsible for the promotion, sales and after-sales service of Uniqlo products. Actively understand customer needs and market trends, and feedback information to the store manager in time.
