Xi' an taxi qualification certificate registration

Log on to the portal of Xi 'an Taxi Association, and those who meet the requirements can register online tomorrow. The application materials and commitments submitted by the applicant shall be true and effective. See the text for details.

1. Registration method:

Applicants should log on to the portal of Xi Taxi Association: (Online registration.

Second, the registration conditions:

1.60 years old, junior high school education or above, in good health.

2. Have a permanent residence or residence permit in this city.

3. Have a motor vehicle driver's license of C 1 or above (including C 1) issued by the public security organ of this Municipality and have more than three years' driving experience.

4. There is a certificate issued by the local public security traffic management department that there is no traffic accident, no criminal record of dangerous driving, no record of drug abuse, no record of driving after drinking, and no record of 12 points in the last three consecutive scoring cycles.

5. No violent criminal record.

Third, the registration procedure:

1. Registration commitment. Applicants should carefully read the registration instructions, be responsible for the authenticity of the relevant materials submitted by themselves, and make a written commitment.

2. Submit an application for registration. Applicants log on to the portal of Xi 'an Taxi Association, fill in personal information, upload photos, submit confirmation and print the training registration notice as required.

3. Check the registration results. Applicants with training registration notice, letter of commitment, my ID card, motor vehicle driver's license (two copies on a piece of A4 paper), original and copy of junior high school graduation or equivalent education certificate, and non-local household registration personnel with original and copy of residence permit shall submit materials to the registration acceptance window of the training department of the Taxi Association within 5 working days (location: diagonally opposite the north gate of Afang 4th Road to the 5th floor of Orange Building in Le Community).

4. Pay the training fee. Pay the training fee at the payment window.

5. Print the attendance card online. After the payment is successful, the applicant logs on the portal of Xi Taxi Association to print the Attendance Certificate. Applicants should attend the training on time according to the time specified in the attendance certificate and bring the attendance certificate.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. The application materials and commitments provided by the applicant shall be true and effective.

2. If the documents submitted and the information filled in are untrue, the education level is not up to standard, and you can't pass the examination qualification examination of the industry management organization or fail to pass the examination after training, you will be responsible for it, and the training fee will not be refunded.

3. The applicant should keep the serial number on the registration notice.

4. When submitting an application online, the applicant should upload a recent bareheaded 2-inch positive electronic color photo. Requirements: white background, jpg or gif format, (width) 480 to 390px* (height) 640 to 567px, and the size is below 500k K.

5. The applicant's ID card must match the name and number of the driver's license (the ID card shall prevail).

6. The contact information left by the applicant should be my usual telephone number. If the contact information changes, it should be corrected at the training registration office in time. If you can't contact me with the contact information left, you are responsible.

7. Applicants should fill in the address bar in detail when entering the qualification training registration, and the format is: xxx Street, XX District, XX City.

8. Applicants should carefully read the instructions on the attendance card and attend the training on time with the attendance card. Those who are late or absent from class for more than half a day (including half a day) will be disqualified from training. Training fees are not refundable.

9. According to Article 27 of Chapter III of Xi Taxi Management Regulations, if the original taxi driver's qualification certificate has been cancelled for less than five years, he is not qualified for registration.
