2023 Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau Public Institution Interview Form

The exam is a combination of written test and interview.

1. Written test. The exam is conducted in a closed-book format and is scored on a 100-point scale with two decimal places.

(1) Written test content: The professional theoretical knowledge required for the recruitment position. The written test subjects are set as "Basic Knowledge Test of Public Security Bureau" and "Job Comprehensive Application Ability Test". The two subject examinations are conducted consecutively, and all candidates must take the two subject examinations of the corresponding categories. The test scores for both subjects are scored on a 100-point scale, and each accounts for 50% of the written test score.

The minimum qualifying score for the written examination is determined by not being lower than the average score of the candidates taking the written examination for each category of position. Those who fail the written examination will not be admitted to the interview.

(2) Written test time and place: subject to the admission ticket.

2. Interview. A structured interview method will be adopted, and the scores will be scored on a hundred-point scale, with two decimal places retained. The passing score will be 60 points.

(1) Determine the interview candidates. If the written test score is above the passing score line, candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on the written test score from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of recruitment positions. Those who are tied at the bottom will be shortlisted for interview together. If the ratio is not reached, interviews will be conducted based on the number of applicants who actually meet the passing score line in the written examination.

(2) Publish interview announcement. An interview announcement will be published on the Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau website, and shortlisted candidates will be confirmed for interview via email within the specified time. Those who are not confirmed within the time limit will be deemed to have given up automatically and will no longer enter the interview process.

(3)Qualification review. Applicants who are confirmed to participate in the interview shall mail their qualification review materials to the Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau via express mail according to the requirements of the interview announcement. The Recruitment Leading Group Office will review the qualifications based on the information filled in and the relevant materials submitted during the registration process.

(4) Substitute candidates for interview. Vacancies caused by voluntary abandonment of shortlisted candidates for interview or failure in qualification review will be filled from among those in the same position in descending order according to their written test scores.

(5) Release of interview results. Within 2 days after the interview ends, the interview results will be announced through the Hainan Provincial Examination Bureau website.
