The largest shareholder is Mango Super Media Co., Ltd., accounting for 100%. Mango Super Media Co., Ltd. belongs to Hunan Radio, Film and Television Group Co., Ltd., and Hunan Satellite TV, as the investor, is authorized by the provincial government to perform the responsibilities of the investor and manage it. Therefore, Tianyu Media is a subsidiary of Hunan Radio and Television Station.
