20 12 Announcement of Open Recruitment of New Teachers in Schools Directly under Lianyungang Education Bureau

In order to further deepen the reform of the personnel system in the education system, select outstanding talents and enrich the teaching staff, in 20 12, some schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau openly recruited 86 new teachers for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions, numbers and conditions: See Annex 1 for details.

Second, the application conditions

The applicant must meet one of the following basic conditions:

1. 20 12 full-time graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who can obtain teacher qualifications (qualification certification materials must be provided).

2. Full-time graduates of 20 1 1 ordinary colleges and universities who have obtained teacher qualifications and have not officially implemented their work units.

3.20 12 Full-time graduates majoring in library management, archives management and previous film and television editing and directing majors who have not formally implemented their work units.

4. Master's and doctoral graduates who have not yet officially implemented their work units and full-time graduates of relevant professional colleges urgently needed by the school are not limited by graduation years, but they are under 35 years old (1977 1 days later).

Third, registration

1. Requirements for applying for positions: those who meet the requirements for applying for positions can only apply for positions consistent with their major or professional development direction (those who meet the requirements of 1 and 2, should also have the same teacher qualifications as the professional requirements for positions). Each person is limited to one post.

2. The following materials must be provided when registering: the graduates of the class of 201/kloc-0 hold ID cards, graduation certificates, employment agreements, employment recommendation forms, registration cards and other materials, and teachers' qualification certificates are required if they meet the second item of the application conditions; 20 12 graduates hold ID cards, employment agreements, employment recommendation forms and other materials. Those who meet the requirements of 1 must also provide materials such as teacher qualification certificates. If the major you studied involves the development direction, and the graduation certificate or employment recommendation form can't prove the major you studied, you must provide the proof materials of the development direction of the major you studied issued by the graduation institution.

3. Registration time and place: All applicants must provide the originals and photocopies of the above materials, and two recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos in the same edition, and register at the city library (No.56, Cangwu Road) from May 13 to May 15 and 20 12. See Annex 2 for the contact telephone number of each recruitment unit.

4. Registration examination fee: registration examination fee 100 yuan/person. Those who enter the second interview shall pay the second interview fee 100 yuan/person (Su Jia Han Fei [2007] 146). Candidates from urban families who enjoy the minimum living allowance and those from absolutely poor families in rural areas are exempt from registration and re-examination fees. Urban family applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee should provide the certificate of enjoying the minimum living guarantee and the low guarantee (copy) issued by the civil affairs department of the county or district where the family is located when registering; Applicants from rural absolutely poor families provide poverty certificates issued by poverty alleviation departments in counties where their families are located and file cards (photocopies) of basic information of poor families.

Candidates can participate in the preliminary examination only after their registration is examined by the school and reported to the competent department for approval. If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants is less than 1:3, the number of recruits will be reduced until the recruitment for the post is cancelled. For jobs that are in short supply, the first trial can only be organized after the ratio of the number of recruits to the actual number of applicants is less than 1: 3, with the consent of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau.

Fourth, evaluation

The examination is divided into two steps: initial examination and second examination.

1, the initial test adopts a unified written test method for different majors, focusing on the basic professional knowledge of candidates. Under the supervision and guidance of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, it is organized and implemented by the Municipal Education Bureau. The written test adopts the closed-book answer method, and all the papers are 100%, which is graded uniformly. According to the ratio of 1: 3, the list of people who enter the second interview is determined according to the written test scores from high to low. All candidates who are short-listed for the second interview must have a second interview. Those who do not meet the job requirements stipulated in the recruitment announcement, do not fill in the registration information truthfully, do not provide valid certificates or resort to deceit will be disqualified from re-examination, and the re-examination personnel will make up the written examination personnel who apply for the same position from high score to low score. If the number of people is less than 1: 3, all the people who take the written test for this position will enter the second interview.

The 20 12 free normal graduates of Normal University directly under the Ministry of Education of our city do not need preliminary examination. After passing the qualification examination, you will directly enter the second interview outside the ratio of 1:3.

2. Re-examination: Under the supervision and guidance of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the re-examination is organized and implemented by the Municipal Education Bureau. The second interview is grouped according to the recruitment positions, and is conducted by compiling teaching plans, attending classes and defending. Some positions need professional skills testing or practical assessment. A jury composed of relevant experts and students will jointly evaluate the candidates. The total retest score is 100%, and the qualified score line is 60. Those who fail to reach the qualification line in the second interview will not be hired.

Re-examination scoring method:

Middle school post: class performance = judges' evaluation score ×80%+ students' evaluation score × 20%;

Primary school post: class score = judge evaluation score ×90%+ student evaluation score × 10%.

Post scores for books management, archives management, film and television editing and directing, etc. that require professional skills testing or practical assessment are as follows:

Re-examination results = class results ×50%+ professional skills (practical) assessment results × 50%;

For other majors that don't need to take extra exams, the class score is the total score of the retest.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, the physical examination candidates are determined from high to low in total score (total score = written test score ×40%+ retest score ×60%) (if the total score is the same, the one with the highest retest score will be given priority, and the one with the same retest score will be given priority. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards for teacher qualification in Jiangsu Province. Those who pass the medical examination and have no objection to the publicity shall be examined and approved by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the employing unit shall sign an employment agreement with the employed personnel. The personnel to be hired must provide their registration certificate, teacher qualification certificate (those who meet the requirements of 1 and item 2) and other related materials when reporting for duty. After the file is audited, the personnel relations formalities shall be handled according to the relevant regulations and procedures.
