Is the salary of temporary workers a daily salary?

Legal analysis: the wages of temporary workers are not necessarily paid by the day, because the relevant laws do not stipulate that units need to pay wages by the day. For the temporary labor relationship established with the unit, and it is stipulated in the signed temporary contract that the unit needs to resign and pay wages to the workers, it needs to be settled daily.

Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be paid to the laborer himself on a monthly basis in the form of currency. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
