The badges, standard clothes and police equipment of the people's police are under the unified supervision of the public security department of the State Council, and are jointly managed with other relevant state organs. Other individuals and organizations shall not illegally manufacture or sell. The police insignia, uniforms, police equipment and certificates of the people's police shall be used exclusively by the people's police, and no other individual or organization may hold or use them. Whoever, in violation of the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, illegally manufactures, sells, holds and uses people's police signs, uniforms, police equipment and certificates shall be detained or given a warning for not more than 15 days by the public security organ, and may also be fined not more than five times the illegal income; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
