Shangmei Primary School is located in Changzhen Community of Yutang Street, southeast of the intersection of Dongchang Road and Changzhen Road. The school is a primary school with 24 classes, enrolling students from Changzhen community, Jiazitang community and Tangjia community.

Changyu School is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Guangqiao Road (main road) and Changxiang Road (secondary road) in Changzhen Community of Yutang Street. The school of affordable housing community in Changzhen is in Jiazitang community. It is a nine-year compulsory education school with 84 classes. It is planned to expand the school scale to 138 classes (84 classes in primary school and 54 classes in junior high school). The expansion part is located in Tang Wei community, with 54 classes planned, and it is planned to be completed and put into use in 2024.

After the expansion is completed, Jiazitang Campus will be a primary school and Tang Wei Campus will be a junior high school. Among them, there are 48 classes in the first phase (Phoenix Ying Hui City) and the second phase (Anzhuming Green Park) of affordable housing in Changzhen, and 36 classes in junior high school.
