Brief introduction of Qianjiang economic development zone

Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone belongs to Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and was established as a provincial development zone with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on March 6, 2006. The total planned area of the development zone is 25.3 square kilometers, and the starting area is 6 square kilometers. In June 2008, the Development Zone was designated as "Hangzhou High-tech Industrial Park" and "Hangzhou Qianjiang Science and Technology City" by the municipal party committee and government.
