Internship Weekly Diary: The Third Week

Sunday, July 29, 2007< /p>

After a week, it seems that I have forgotten everything I did. I only know that I cleared the recruitment email box, wrote the internship plan, and screened the resumes of the document clerks.

Manager Fang gave me a special account for the company’s recruitment and asked me to log in to the company’s office system and delete the spam emails in the recruitment mailbox. There are more than 8,500 emails, only a few have been deleted so far. Of course, I have also seen that some long-term positions are not always looking for people. They are just for companies to have nearly two resumes to choose from when they occasionally need people. I have also seen many resumes being ignored without even looking at them... I finally understand why so many people have submitted so many resumes, but they are like nothing, with no reply at all. In fact, every resume contains the expectations of job seekers. Is it too selfish and wasteful for companies to do this? !

On the one hand, companies have long posted these job information online for their own convenience, causing many people to submit their resumes with great expectations, but to no avail, resulting in a waste of job seekers' time, money, and energy.

On the other hand, people always hope to have more choices and find better positions, so they desperately collect information and send out resumes; however, the practice of companies in the past has led to the practice of sending out resumes in vain. Very little. Job seekers have no choice but to waste more time and energy, working harder to submit more resumes regardless of whether they meet the job requirements or not. I even saw that some job seekers’ resumes were sent in bulk, with more than a dozen recipients on the address bar.

As a result, when companies recruit people, they have to spend more time screening resumes. Because of the large amount of information, job seekers are uneven, mismatches between people and positions increase, and the company’s recruitment costs increase. It will also rise. So we strengthened the means of publishing to attract more resumes in order to recruit better talents, which will lead to more people's resumes falling into the sea... Such a vicious circle!

This is a game process. Both parties selfishly consider maximizing their own utility at the expense of the other party. In the end, the utility of both parties is not optimal. It should be considered a prisoner's game.

It seems that there is no good solution to this problem. Job seekers are a loose group, and companies are also a loose group. If others do this and you don't, you will be the one who suffers. There is no such mechanism to constrain the practices of companies, nor is it possible to prohibit job seekers from sending multiple cover letters at once.

However, under the current situation in China, the talent market is generally oversupplied, and job seekers are at a disadvantage. There is nothing you can do about struggling to find a job that can support your family. What a pity! By the way, I also feel sorry for myself, who is about to be preyed upon by the company.

On Tuesday morning, the damn Zhuang ** asked me to go up and do some work. I thought I could learn something, but it turned out that I was just folding newspapers (answer sheets for safety knowledge questions and answers, used for employee lottery draws). Depend on! ! ! What do you think I am? I could have learned something. By the way, I asked about the relevant knowledge of COC factory inspection. ╭∩╮()^))╭∩╮Despise this bird man!

Sister Feng asked me to proofread the social security fund and fill in the labor register. I learned about the assessment method of Guangzhou’s social security base in enterprises. There is a ceiling of three times the average salary of urban and rural workers and a bottom line of 60%. If the salary is within this range, the social security base is equal to the monthly salary. If the average monthly salary exceeds this range, it will be determined based on the highest or lowest limit. Later payment of social security, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and housing provident fund will be determined based on this number.

Actual salary = (average monthly salary - 8% social security ratio * base - 2% medical insurance ratio * base - 1% unemployment insurance ratio * base - 7% to 20% housing provident fund ratio * Base) - Personal Income Tax

According to the provincial housing provident fund payment ratio of 20% and a nominal salary of 1W, the final monetary salary is only about 5,900 yuan. If the unit's provident fund contribution ratio is relatively low, you can also reasonably avoid taxes by increasing your personal contribution ratio.

Last week, Manager Fang asked me to write an intern plan. I searched some on the Internet and saw a good plan for the Huizhou branch of a Hong Kong company, so I copied it and wrote a plan and submitted it. Manager Fang praised the writing and said it was well written, beyond her imagination. Haha, it's good, but there are some shortcomings, that is, there is no way to train and manage employees after they join the company, because what she wants is a talent training plan. However, this is more difficult to write because I don’t understand the company’s situation, the training methods of salespeople, the growth path of work content, etc. If possible, try to write it again.

The following company is recruiting a document clerk. I screened the resumes on Friday afternoon and selected 13.

Last night I went to the South District Ice Rink with A Niu and Xuehua. During the break, we talked about internships. It suddenly occurred to me that internships are most likely to do odd jobs, but we should not be content with simply doing odd jobs. We should be more proactive and more proactive. Have the courage to learn and exercise. I can do it! Therefore, I plan to ask Manager Fang on Monday and ask her to leave the recruitment of document clerks to me and let me complete it alone. All she has to do is guide, check, and provide other assistance. In this case, the internship will be more meaningful. However, in order for Manager Fang to agree to do this, she must be convinced that I have the ability to do this well! You should first review the previous simulation recruitment methods, combine the company and position conditions, look for some information, and formulate a detailed recruitment plan before asking for her opinion. In this way, Manager Fang can safely hand over the task to me. As long as I have her trust and support, things will be much easier. Good, that's it, believe in yourself, I can do it!

NEXT WEEK, come on!
