In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance's "Notice on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retirees in 2016" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 37), through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, The Ministry of Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance agreed, and with the approval of the Provincial People's Government, decided to recruit retirees from enterprises, government agencies and institutions who have gone through retirement procedures in accordance with regulations before December 31, 2015 (including retired personnel, excluding those who participated in the revolution before the founding of New China). The level of basic pension (including retirement living expenses, the same below) for older workers who enjoy 100% of their original salary pension benefits (the same below) will be adjusted and increased. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

1. Retirees from enterprises, government agencies and institutions who have completed retirement procedures in accordance with regulations before December 31, 2015 will receive a uniform monthly increase of 77 yuan per person.

2. Enterprise retirees will receive an increase of 3 yuan per month for each full year based on the payment period (including deemed payment years, excluding converted service years, the same below) (after the payment period is calculated as a whole year, If it is less than 1 year, it will be calculated as 1 year); for retirees from government agencies and institutions, the pension will be increased by 4% based on the average basic pension level of similar personnel at the end of 2015.

3. Among the retired personnel of enterprises, government agencies and institutions, those born before December 31, 1935 will receive an increase of 30 yuan per person per month; those born from January 1, 1936 to December 31, 1940 , an increase of 20 yuan per person per month; for those born from January 1, 1941 to December 31, 1945, an increase of 10 yuan per person per month.

4. After the adjustment in 2016, the basic pension of enterprise retired military cadres is lower than the adjusted average level of the basic pension of enterprise retirees in the city (original industry coordinating enterprise retired military cadres were based on the province) , to make up for it.

5. Funds required for this adjustment: Those who participate in the basic pension insurance for enterprise employees shall pay from the basic pension insurance fund for employees of enterprises; those who participate in the basic pension insurance for employees of government agencies and institutions shall pay from the basic pension insurance for employees of government institutions and institutions. Payment is made from the pension insurance fund. If you do not participate in the basic pension insurance for employees, the matter will be resolved through the original channels. Due to the reform of the pension insurance system of government agencies and institutions, if the basic pension of retirees has not yet been included in the overall payment, the basic pension (or retirement fee) will be paid in advance according to the current channels for distributing basic pensions (or retirement fees).
