Second, the academic requirements are high.

Seafarers are required not only to graduate from the maritime school, but also to get the corresponding certificates, big certificates and small certificates for continuous examinations. When you go to college, you not only have to attend classes, but also do research and practice on the spot, so to become a sailor, you have to have a good knowledge background and cultural level. Not only that, if you have a high level of education, but you don't have enough physical conditions, you can't become a sailor. The recruitment of seafarers depends not only on your study in college but also on your eyesight and height, which is also a necessary condition for you to adapt to life at sea.
