Working experience in functional departments of Jiahua College of Beijing Technology and Business University

Because of the work-study program, I worked as an intern in some functional departments of Jiahua for a period of time, and I will tell you what these departments are mainly doing!

1, Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office is the teaching management organization of the school, which is in charge of teachers' teaching tasks, objectives, progress and plans, and students' learning requirements, objectives, plans and exams. It is one of the main institutions of the school.

2. Admissions Office

The Admissions Office is the functional department in charge of enrollment in secondary vocational schools, and it is the executive body for the school to formulate and implement enrollment plans for secondary vocational schools.

3. Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center

Responsible for the overall coordination of students' employment and entrepreneurship, campus recruitment services and support, employment procedures management and services, career development and employment guidance, guiding graduates to serve the national strategy, the construction of employment and entrepreneurship work team, employment and entrepreneurship investigation and research, etc.
