(transformation of SG series air-conditioning compressor production line), with a total investment of 420 million yuan and a registered capital of 2 10/00000 yuan, which was fully funded by its subsidiary, Shanghai Hitachi, and the investment other than the registered capital was raised by Sun Company Nanchang.

Nanchang Lihai will purchase SG series air-conditioning compressor production equipment from Shanghai Hitachi in cash and implement frequency conversion transformation.
