In the process of Baiyun Road reconstruction project construction, due to the particularity of the project location and environment, there are many sub-projects for acceptance, in order to ensure the project quality and reach the standard of excellent projects. I strictly follow the supervision engineer's instructions to check and accept every link in the project. In this project, I think I have benefited a lot, not only Li Jiemin, the representative of the director, but also Chen Wentao, the supervision engineer, who has a good professional ethics and down-to-earth work style.

On June 8, 2004, 10, I was transferred to the emergency engineering supervision office of Beijing Natural Gas City to be responsible for the management of materials and files. Because this project is an emergency project, it shoulders the heating of the people in the capital this winter, with tight construction period and heavy task. Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to the progress of this project. Beijing Gas Group requires the supervision office to report the daily progress of the project to the engineering department of Beijing Gas Group before 5: 00 pm. The daily report needs many detailed projects and a lot of data. At the same time, during the progress of the project, there are many meetings and seminars to solve the problem of pipeline crossing, and there are two regular meetings on site every week. Minutes of each meeting shall be formed and distributed to relevant engineering units in time. The weekly supervision report shall be submitted to the Engineering Department of Gas Group before 1 1: 30 every Friday morning: Print a project progress report every day and post it on the wall; The project schedule also involves a lot of statistical work; Responsible for the daily reception of project-related management units and owners' representatives. The task cannot be explained by a "heavy". However, under the leadership and guidance of Li Jiemin, director of the General Pipeline Office, I worked actively, studied hard constantly, completed my job well, and implemented all the tasks assigned by the leaders in time. It has been well received by the leaders of the construction unit and the owners' representatives. I feel that in this emergency project, my supervision quality has achieved a leap from quantitative change to qualitative change. At the same time, I am honored to be in the gas supervision office. From the construction section of China Oil and Gas Pipeline Company No.4, we can see many operation methods that may not be seen in the future, such as semi-automatic welding and elastic laying of pipelines with a diameter of 1 m. The φ 10 16 gas pipeline, nearly 30 kilometers long, was completed as scheduled within three months, which enabled the project to supply gas normally on February 25, 2004. The Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government expressed their gratitude to the design units, supervision units and construction units that participated in the construction of this project through the deputy mayor of Jilin. Beijing Gas Group is very satisfied with the supervision of this project. These are due to the good leadership and the excellent style, excellent quality and close cooperation of all the staff in the emergency engineering supervision office.

Two experiences: I understand that the supervision industry is a service industry that provides high intelligence for construction units. The geographical environment, humanistic environment, characteristics and scheme of the project are ever-changing, so it is difficult for the construction unit to be bound by the theory and ideal model in the school. At the same time, supervisors can only work effectively, cooperate well with the construction unit, meet the requirements of the construction unit and provide quality services to the owners by integrating theory with practice and dealing with various problems in construction with a realistic attitude.

Three suggestions: the development of the company depends on talents. Now the whole world is engaged in an "economic war", which is essentially a "talent war". It is suggested that the company conduct regular training for existing employees and recruit some people with professional qualifications who can work independently, that is, "high scores and high energy" talents. The personnel of the supervision office should be rationally allocated to form a combination of "old, middle and young", so that such a talented family can promote the sustained and rapid development of the company.

The company should make quantitative assessment and distribution of employees' salaries according to their grades, performance and work performance.

"More work, more gain, less work, less gain" can't be limited to whether there is a certificate or not. Only in this way can the enthusiasm of employees be improved and the company can really retain talents. The supervision business can be changed from the current single to diversified, not just the municipal pipeline business such as construction engineering, gas, electricity and heat.
