In accordance with the spirit of epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production, the library will open in an orderly manner from October 11, 2022. Services are available now The rules are announced as follows:

< p>1. The total number of people entering the museum every day is controlled at 200.

2. Readers who borrow or return books should not stay in the library for more than 20 minutes. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others at all times while queuing or borrowing. Please do not gather or get together, and try to be alone as much as possible.

3. Minors must be accompanied by their parents when entering the museum. Parents must choose "bringing children" to make a real-name reservation when making a reservation. Minors must present a static code when arriving at the library.

4. Elderly readers and readers with disabilities who are unable to make reservations online can enter the library with a paper version of the static code, real-name registration on site, and passing the temperature measurement.

Instructions for entering the library

1. Readers must make a real-name appointment to enter the library, and only in person.

2. Readers entering the library must have a 48-hour nucleic acid certificate. Masks must be worn at all times when entering the museum, and those without masks are not allowed to enter.

3. Entry and exit process

Entry: Scan and present the venue code, show the itinerary code within 7 days → scan the QR code for appointment check-in → accept the temperature test → those who pass the test will enter the museum.

Exit the library: Scan the check-out code

4. People who have not made an appointment or have made an appointment but have fever, cough, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and who have come from high school risk areas in the past 7 days are not allowed to leave. Enter the museum.

5. The library will take appropriate measures to stop readers who violate the admission regulations and refuse to listen to advice. In serious cases, they will be handed over to the public security department.

Register personal information, and the information filled in must be true and valid. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the museum normally. Click Appointment Registration to enter the appointment interface.

Select the reservation session and click "Submit reservation information":

3. Sign-in process

After the reader arrives at the library, Scan the designated "Appointment Sign-in" QR code and click Sign-in.

Show the check-in success message to the staff.

Notes on reservations

1. Make a reservation for the entry time slot in advance.

2. After successfully making a reservation, please go to the library within the reservation time period to show the QR code for a successful reservation. You can only enter the library after scanning the code to sign in.
