Job Recruitment Website - Zhaopincom - The future prospect of recruitment network

The future prospect of recruitment network

After the "seven-year itch", the world's largest recruitment website finally lost interest in investing in ChinaHR. A few days ago, its third-quarter financial report pointed out that it would start a business restructuring plan and seek to sell its subsidiary ChinaHR.com, hoping to "stop bleeding" for its headquarters. As soon as the news came out, it caused a discussion in the domestic online recruitment market.

A few years ago, overseas investors thought that the online recruitment market in China was becoming more and more mature, because they were optimistic about the development prospects of China recruitment websites and the confidence brought by the successful listing in the future.

However, in the past few years, the decision to "merge" the two companies has not made the development of talents in China smooth. According to the report of Hitwise, an Internet data research organization, the weekly visits of talents in China have fallen out of the top ten in the industry. Besides being left behind by old competitors' worry-free future and Zhaopin, some social recruitment websites such as Dajie.com and Juxian.com also have more weekly user visits than Chinese talents. The reason is that the development of online recruitment industry in China has exceeded everyone's imagination. Although investors saw the prospect of China's recruitment website, they didn't expect a more competitive new recruitment website, which brought great survival pressure to the traditional network model.
