While providing convenient services in ID card processing, we also don't ignore security factors: First, establish a reporting system for the loss of resident ID cards nationwide to ensure the safety of citizens' personal information in time. Second, the subject who restricts the acceptance and loss reporting in different places can only be himself, and he must go to handle it with the household registration book or residence permit to prevent criminals from using the family members' failure to cancel the household registration information in time after the natural death of citizens to defraud the resident identity card. Third, the handling conditions are stipulated. If the first application, appearance or fingerprint are inconsistent with my own, and there is a bad credit record, it is not allowed to report the loss in different places. Fourth, the verification subject of personal identity information remains unchanged, and the verification obligation is still fulfilled by the public security organ where the household registration is located, and only the public security organ of the permanent residence is entrusted to issue certificates to ensure the correctness of personal information as much as possible.
