The recruitment conditions and registration entrance are as follows: 1. Definition of Games Volunteers

Games volunteers refer to the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and its authorized or Personnel recruited by entrusted organizations who voluntarily provide voluntary services for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games and participate in the operation guarantee work during the games at designated times, locations and service positions. 2. Number of volunteers recruited

The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee plans to recruit 27,000 Winter Olympics volunteers and 12,000 Winter Paralympic volunteers. 3. Composition of game volunteers

Game volunteers are divided into two categories: general game volunteers and professional game volunteers. Among them, professional game volunteers refer to game volunteers who have the professional knowledge, skills and experience required for game volunteer services and can provide professional services, including but not limited to: language services, medical services, driving services, etc. All volunteers other than professional competition volunteers are general competition volunteers. 4. Contents of Games Volunteer Services

Games volunteers will provide voluntary services for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics as well as various competitions. They will be distributed in the Beijing Division, Yanqing Division, Zhangjiakou Division and Services in other places, facilities and other places, including 12 categories of services: external liaison services, competition operation services, media operation and broadcast services, venue operation services, market development services, human resources services, technical operation services, cultural display services, competition comprehensive services Services, security services, transportation services, others. 5. Recruitment agency for Games volunteers

The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee is the only legal recruitment agency for Games volunteers. Based on work needs, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee will authorize or entrust relevant organizations to assist in the recruitment of volunteers for the games. 6. Recruitment conditions for competition volunteers

(1) Those who meet the following basic conditions can apply for competition volunteers

1. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations and volunteer for the Beijing Winter Olympics Provide voluntary services for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and accept the work guidance and management of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee;

2. Be 18 years old as of January 1, 2022 (i.e. January 1, 2004 and born before), have the physical conditions and health qualities required to carry out volunteer services;

3. Have the basic knowledge and basic skills required for volunteer service positions;

4. Be able to Communicate in Chinese or English;

5. Be able to seriously participate in pre-game training and provide volunteer services that meet the needs of the Beijing Winter Olympics or Winter Paralympic Games.

(2) Applicants who meet one of the following conditions will be given priority for employment under the same circumstances

1. Be able to participate in volunteer services for the "Meet in Beijing" series of winter sports events;

2. Be able to provide game-time volunteer services for both the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Winter Paralympics;

3. Have certain professional knowledge and skills, including but not limited to: interpretation and translation services, medical care Services, driving services, information technology support, etc.;

4. Other personnel who are in urgent need of operation support during the competition. 7. Selection and recruitment procedures for competition volunteers

(1) Qualification review. The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and its authorized or entrusted organizations will review the qualifications of game volunteer applicants.

(2) Test selection. The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and its authorized or entrusted organizations use on-site testing, remote testing and other methods to conduct merit-based selection of game volunteer applicants.

(3) Pre-assignment of positions. While fully considering the personal wishes of game volunteer applicants, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and its authorized or entrusted organizations will allocate service positions, clarify the arrival time, and communicate with the applicants themselves.

(4) Recruitment. The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee issues employment notices to those confirmed as volunteers for the games.

The recruitment of volunteers for the competition will be completed before September 30, 2021.

(5) On-the-job service. With the employment notice and valid personal ID, volunteers for the competition will go to the designated place at the designated time, participate in pre-game training, sign a volunteer service commitment letter, register and receive uniforms and other materials before going to work to provide volunteer services. 8. Games volunteer service time

The time for game volunteers to provide services at competition venues is generally 7 days before the game to 3 days after the game (for the Winter Paralympics, 1 day after the game).

The starting time for game volunteers who provide services in non-competition venues, training venues, other places, and facilities is generally 7 days before the official opening of the relevant venues, places, and facilities to 3 days after they close (Winter Paralympic Games for 1 day after closing).

For game volunteers in special positions, their working hours can be flexibly arranged.

During the competition, competition volunteers generally serve no more than 8 hours a day. When serving for multiple consecutive days, days off can be arranged.

Game volunteers who serve outdoors for a long period of time may be arranged to change their posts depending on the situation.
