1. Don't bring a USB flash drive.

In this way, you missed a chance to show yourself, which may be a chance to decide whether you can pass or not.

The biggest disadvantage of storing things on U disk is that it can't be displayed directly. It is the mainstream storage mode in the last era. If conditions permit, you can carry a Mac or display it on a tablet. Generally speaking, I suggest you use cloud services, such as cloud notes, impression notes, graphite, curtains and so on. This is really not good. Print it out. It will be sent to the interviewer anyway.

2. Introduce yourself simply and skillfully

Introduce yourself briefly, logically and skillfully. Brevity is the time for the interviewer to ask questions, and logic and proficiency are to make yourself look confident.

I usually introduce myself in the order of educational experience first, and then work experience, in chronological order, so it is not easy to make mistakes or leak. Another advantage is that you are usually interrupted to ask questions when talking about an experience. After the answer, just continue to introduce it.

3. Talk as much as possible and take the initiative.

It depends on the occupation, such as marketing and planning. You can take the initiative, which makes you outgoing and flexible, but don't talk nonsense.

Some leaders will say that he wants to recruit a flexible person, some leaders will say that they want to recruit a practical person, and some leaders will say that they want to recruit a girl. So, you know sometimes the preference of the leader is the decisive factor. Pay attention to the emotional changes of the interviewer during the interview. The more you talk, the more questions he asks, and the more you talk. If he likes to say it himself, you can listen to him and add something by the way. If you don't see anything, you can add something.

6. Try not to label yourself.

Some people like to label themselves when interviewing, such as big brains and good writing.
