The following non-motor vehicle number plate passenger cars issued by this Municipality are not subject to the above restrictions:

(1) Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles performing tasks.

(2) Shenzhen Bay Port: S3 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Yangtze River, Dong Bin Tunnel, Dongbin Road and Shahe West Road.

(3) Huanggang Port: G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Huanggang Road (Huanggang Port Section), Baihe Road, Tongqing Road and Futian South Road (Huanggang Port Section).

Futian Port: G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Guihua Road, Guohua Road and Yuheng Road.

Punishment standard

Non-motor-vehicle number plate passenger cars issued by this Municipality shall not be punished if they violate the no-go regulations in the no-go areas of this circular twice before, and shall be fined since the third violation of the no-go regulations.

For vehicles that violate traffic restrictions, 300 yuan will be punished according to the prohibition, and 3 points will be recorded.

Apply for exemption from restrictions

Foreign cars can apply for exemption once a month.

The time of Huxian Botanical Garden is limited.

Temporary traffic control will be implemented at Huxian Botanical Garden and Huxian Road (east of Shi Lian Road) from 0: 00 to 24: 00 every weekend and legal holidays (including legal holidays). In the meantime, friends who plan to drive to Huxian Botanical Garden need to reserve parking spaces in advance. Traffic control will be implemented during New Year's Eve, Spring Festival holiday and Lantern Festival. The specific situation will be notified separately.

Restricted road

Temporary traffic control will be implemented in Huxian Botanical Garden and Huxian Road (east of Shi Lian Road).

Restricted road

City bus lanes, except the following roads:

(1) Bus lanes of Shennan Road (Jinwen Road to Huafu Road) and Lihong Road westbound (Shangbu Road to Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital): Motor vehicles other than public vehicles are prohibited from 7: 30 to 19: 30 every day. In addition to the above time periods, social vehicles are allowed to travel through bus lanes.

(2) The eastbound bus lane of Lianhua Road (Xinzhou Road to Lianhua Branch Road): motor vehicles other than bus vehicles are prohibited for 24 hours. The special vehicle for sanitation operation of Lianhua garbage transfer station can run in the bus lane on the north side of Lianhua Road Tian Yu Road (the section of Lianhua garbage transfer station).

(3) East-west bus lane of Liantangwei No.1 Road (Liantangwei No.2 Road to Kevin·Z Road): From 7: 00 to 8: 30 on weekdays, motor vehicles other than bus vehicles are prohibited from 16 to 18. In addition to the above time periods, social vehicles are allowed to travel through bus lanes.

(4) Meiguan Road bus lane (Meilin checkpoint to Sungang intersection): No motor vehicles except public vehicles are allowed to pass in the southbound direction from 7: 00 to 9: 00 on weekdays, and no public vehicles are allowed to pass in the northbound direction from 7: 30 to 9: 30. In addition to the above time periods, social vehicles are allowed to travel through bus lanes.

(5) Yihai Road, Shenhui Coastal Expressway (S30) eastbound (Luosha Road to Yanpai Elevated Road), Dameisha Tunnel eastbound ramp, Yihai Road Shenhui Coastal Expressway (S30) westbound ramp, Shen Yan Road Shenhui Coastal Expressway (S30) eastbound ramp bus lanes: 9: 00 to 2: 00 every day on legal holidays and public holidays. In addition to the above time periods, social vehicles are allowed to travel through bus lanes.

(6) Semi-shaded bus lane: motor vehicles other than public vehicles are prohibited from 0: 00 to 24: 00 every day.

Other preventive measures

The above public transport vehicles refer to line public transport vehicles with more than 10 seats (including 10 seats) and Huangka passenger buses.

At present, the number plates of some buses with more than 10 seats (including 10 seats) in our city are blue, and the owners of these buses can go to the vehicle management office to go through the formalities of replacing Huang Ka.

Registered electric bicycles for people's livelihood service industry with special number plates for people's livelihood industry are not subject to the restrictions imposed by the sections and regions in Article 1 of this circular, but they are prohibited from passing in expressway, tunnels, viaducts, interchanges (including ramps) and no-go areas without independent non-motor vehicle lanes.
